This spacious villa boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plush linens, towels, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor BBQ, and a 4,000 sq.ft. private garden with a shaded lounge area.

Just 35 minutes from Bari Airport, it also provides free WiFi, private parking, and a truly unforgettable Italian retreat.

The space
The villa offers a spacious and serene environment, perfect for both relaxation and activity. Inside, you’ll find four well-designed bedrooms: three are private with their own doors and closets, while the fourth is an open space ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements.

There are three bathrooms in total. Two are large, complete with full showers, bidets, toilets, and double sinks, making them perfect for shared use. The third is a smaller bathroom with a shower, toilet, and single sink, great for a single guest or children.

A dedicated office space makes it easy to work remotely, offering privacy and comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including gas burners, a double gas oven, a large island with four bar stools for casual meals, and additional amenities such as a Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, and water boiler.

Outside, you’ll find a relaxing lounge area, a barbecue spot, and a peaceful yoga space. The villa also offers access to a beach volleyball and soccer field, perfect for guests who want to stay active during their stay.

Pool Availability & Heating Information

Please note that the pool will remain open as long as weather conditions permit us to maintain the cleanliness and PH balance of the water. Once the weather no longer allows, we may need to close the pool for the season.

If you would like the pool to be heated during your stay, this service is available for an additional charge of €35 per day. To ensure the pool is ready and heated for your arrival, we kindly ask that you book this service in advance.
